Hosted by the Climate Council, we joined Kerry O’Brien and Climate Councillor and founding member of Emergency Leaders for Climate Action, Greg Mullins AO, AFSM, for a night of conversation to talk all about about Greg’s newly released book ‘Firestorm: Battling Super-Charged Natural Disasters’.

Firestorm, told through the eyes of a firefighter with more than 50 years experience, combines thrilling stories of what it’s like to be on the front line of Australia’s first giga-fire with the hard truths of human-caused climate change. This Climate Council community event discussed Greg’s frontline experiences throughout the devastating Black Summer bushfires, as well as what we need to do to now to keep Australians safe from accelerating climate change.
