We hear a lot from climate scientists about the facts and figures, but what about what they feel?

Is This How You Feel? is an exhibition of hand written letters from Australia’s leading climate researchers, including two of the Climate Council’s own Councillors, Prof. Lesley Hughes and Prof. Will Steffen. The letters outline how each scientist feels about climate change. They are passionate, heartfelt and at times quite raw, and you can see them all on the project’s website.

Joe Duggan, the man behind this project says it best himself –these climate scientists are not robots. They’re mothers, fathers, grandparents, daughters. They are real people. And they’re concerned.

If you’re in Melbourne, you can see the exhibitionas part of National Science Week and Melbourne Writers Festival from August 18th -29th at fortyfivedownstairs, 45 Flinders Lane, Melbourne. More details here. And if you’re not? You can see the letters and more on the project’s website.
